		<description>That&#039;s one of the reasons that I don&#039;t like offering free trials.  They&#039;re somewhat of a necessary evil with CRM.  Everyone demands it, so we must offer it, but in the end they&#039;re worthless.  Few people truly understand what it takes to implement a CRM, and with nothing invested (aka a FREE trial) there&#039;s little compulsion to make the effort.</description>
