Christina Earnhardt, Principal
Christina graduated from The Ohio State University, Summa Cum Laude, with a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, and later earned a Masters degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Kettering University. She is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering, and holds a trade secret for a method of manufacturing lithium batteries.
For 14 years she worked in Delphi’s Research and Development arm as a senior manufacturing engineer, and later as a senior project engineer. Her roles were as diverse as designing manufacturing lines, optimizing plant layouts using computer simulation, developing computer integrated manufacturing (CIM) strategies, and designing and programming equipment for the manufacturing lines. The projects she was attached to include the General Motors EV1 electric vehicle, and later the advanced lithium batteries that would power the vehicle.
In 2000 she chose a new career path as a software developer. Since that time she has worked with clients ranging from billion-dollar manufacturing divisions of Fortune 500 companies to start-up companies, interfacing with everyone from the board room to the factory floor to understand their challenges and develop solutions to meet their business needs.
